Summer Recital 2021
We are SO excited for our 2021 Summer recital this Saturday and Sunday! Below is all of the information we sent out through text last week. Below you will also find the drop off information/location. Thank you!
Drop OFF/Pick up location and time
Please drop of the performer 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR SHOW TIME on the WEST SIDE of the building (the back side). If you are facing the building, from the street, it will be the left side entrance of the building. There is a brown door where Leslie (my wife) and Arce our school manager will be checking kids in. The stage will be on the EAST SIDE (right side) of the building. PICK UP will be at the same location as drop off. That is where we will be putting the stage and closing down half of the parking lot for you all to sit and watch. Here are some pictures to help guide you.
Parking
Please make sure you CARPOOL! Parking will be limited!
There will be parking in the following locations:
- West side of the building (behind the building)
- North side of the building
- East side of the building
- Street parking (on arrow highway and barranca)
MORE INFO:
Location: 1025 W Arrowhighway, Glendora, CA 91740. (we are closing down the east parking lot and setting up a stage)
Parking: There will be parking behind the building, and the other side of the building, and on the street. PLEASE CARPOOL TO SAVE PARKING SPACES!!!!!!!!!
GUEST: each performer is allowed a maximum of 10 guests!
Drop off: will be behind the building (west side of the building).
Pick up: will be behind the building (west side of the building).
CHAIRS: This is a summer/carnival themed event so THE ONLY thing we ask of you is to bring your lawn chairs, fold out chairs, etc to sit during the show!
FOOD: there will be snacks and drinks sold at the recital. Sorry adults, no alcohol lol
The kids will prepare their show the next week with their instructor and be ready to rock and roll the day of the recital! This is a low pressure performance, no need to feel like you need to have a grammy winning performance ready. Each recital is an hour long and they are back to back. Your kids need to be dropped off AT LEAST 30 minutes before their show time! If you have any questions, please ask us this week when you come into class as we are getting SO MANY text messages right now! Thank you for understanding!
