Music Funtime is our new program that will start in June for kids ages 18 months to 5 years old. This will be fun

and engaging group music lessons for young kids that will not only prepare them for private lessons, but also sky rocket their development. Music can be a powerful tool in the growth and development of a toddler’s brain. Here’s some proven ways that music helps to develop the brain:

  1. Language Development: Many children's songs are fun and easy to learn, it also helps toddlers learn vocabulary and sentence structure. Singing helps children develop their listening skills and aids in developing their language skills.

  2. Cognitive Development: Learning to keep time in music can help children develop their sense of rhythm and timing. Learning to play an instrument helps toddlers develop their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Music also introduces toddlers to basic mathematical concepts such as counting and following patterns.

  3. Emotional Development: Singing and dancing to music is a great way for children to express themselves and their emotions. Music can have a calming influence, helping children to relax and learn to manage their emotions. Additionally, learning an instrument can become an emotional outlet for your child to express themself.

  4. Bonding and Attachment: Music Fun Time can be a great way for parents and caregivers to bond with their toddlers. Singing and dancing together is a fun and engaging way to spend quality time with your child, and can help to strengthen your relationship.
